RSU problem?

I´ve got the cooking of York.
4.00.16
and RSU R.4.21.00 G32S54

Almost everything it´s fine but:

I ´ve got a problem with Vodafore Provider. The SMS doesnt work with short numbers like 4101 (special numbers for cheaper mesages). Thins numbers work with dial (the same special numbers for cheapers calls)

Anyone can help me?

I solve it by mysef. The solution it´s RSU 3.23.01 G32S54
I update with the rom 4.01.00 t-mobile too. It works fine at least by the moment.
