Can the XDA work on the Rogers AT&T network in Toronto?

Can the XDA work on the Rogers AT&T network in Toronto? I have a O2 XDA and I'm trying to get the phone to work on the GSM network in Toronto. I've changed ROM's and changed radio stack still with no luck can someone please help :?

No Sorry the 02 xda I is a dual band device it works on 900 and 1800 Mhz. Rogers works on 1900. You need a Tmobile or AT&T XDA I which is a 900 and 1900 device. You cannot flash the 02 it is hardware restriction.

I understand thank you for telling me I've been going crazy trying different ROM's and radio stack's trying to get the XDA to work on the Rogers network with no luck.
