How to create programmatically a GPRS connection using Cellular Line (GPRS) whit Italy Tim Provaider from c++ code

This is not a hard thing to do, but requires some research. Best place I can suggest is http://www.pocketpcdn.com/ were there are some excelent resources and sample code.
