View Full Version : How to check RAM/ROM memory avail?

I dont have MDA yet , but today some guy want to sell me this sp.
I need information how to check avail RAM/ROM memory , its default MDA expanded by memory card (RAM?) or its build-in so memory card slot is empty?

in my system settings under memory i can see how much mem i have
left i can also set the slide between storage mem and program mem

my xda / qtek /mda ...... htc wallaby

dont have anything in it's SD port
and i'm getting myself a 256MB card for it for xmas


about rom then you cant put stuff in the rom other then at flash time (the time you flash your rom with the window CE pocketpc200X os)
other then that the ROM is read only memory
all htc wallaby have a 32MB rom
think that goes even for the new xda2 line

But when i check avail mem it tells me ROM: bla bla / RAM: bla bla ?
its important i dont want to be cheated. From my info MDA/XDA got 32mbrom (buildin) and 32ram (buildin)

HELP!

and 32ram (buildin)

thats the older version the newer versions of the xda's (dont mean xda2 here)
have 64MB buildin

Older version is more suxxy than 64mb version ? or its just memory incrase?
