Removing stored contacts within flash memory

Hi,

I'm just about to sell my XDA as I've now got myself a nice shiny new XDA II :D

Can anyone tell me how to remove my contacts that I had originally stored within permanent flash memory?

go into the settings... then to the permint save bit untick both boxes the apointmens and contacts....

then go into your contacts highlight em all delete then soft reset it all done :)

if I were you I would add one step ... I would have overwiritten that space 2 or 3 times with other and useless data - just to make sure no-one can un-erase your sensitive information
