It would be an excellent idea if we all knew what to expect at each stage.

I put my phone in the bootloader mode and the first block just keeps reading. Can people tell me how long the whole process took for them?

Does anyone knows which ROM version this applicaiton is not compatible with maybe?.

Do the Active Sync USB options need to be turned off from the XDA?

Sincere thanks to XDA developers for producing such leet work. Once i get my phone open, i will donate £20 to them too. O2 sux and its only right that the people have a freedom to use their devices as and how they want.. after all they are paying for it.

BINGO!!!!!!!! i thought i share my experience with everyone and let them know how it worked for me. for some time i was just pressing the hard reset button.. which meant that i lost all my data.. luckily i had it all backed up

to go in the boot loader.. i had to follow the instruction on developers site.
Pressing the NAVIGATION BUTTON with POWER BUTTON while pressing the RESET key with STYLUS. ALL THREE HAVE TO BE DONE AT THE SAME TIME TO GO INTO BOOT LOADER PROPERLY!!!

after that it was a matter of seconds..

Communication port opened.
