I've got a high-res (4000x4000) map of my area (JPEG, 3Mb)
which I'd like a GPS-software to "display/navigate" with
my serial home built adaptor ...

The only software I found for this is by "Vito Tech" and it forces
me to use small (1000x1000) maps... not really useful.

Any other solutions except to roll my own?

BTW the map contains data that I do not wish to vectorize etc ...
it is an airmap with no-fly zones etc.
