SMS Icon stays on and on and on...why?

on sending an sms, the icon (envelope icon on the status bar next to the signal strength icon) stays on permanently and on clicking it, states, 'SMS, Message Sent'. I am unable to get rid of it inspite of trying everything, including opening the inbox, deleting all messages there, etc.

This has happened recently after upgrading the IMATE with the new ROM from the ClubImate site. Anyone else facing this problem? Any solution besides of course, a soft reset? Thanks.

YES! if you close your messaging program before the message sent notification comes out.. it will stuck there. Pocketplus will attempt to exit the program before the notification ... after that it then will stuck there :)

So either let the notification msg appear before closing your messaging program or dont use pocketplus "close program on exit" function.
