hotsync manager program for xp

I have an xda and recently I bought a new laptop where i want to install the hotsync manager. Trouble is I lost the CD with the software. Can I download the same from any website?

huh is hotsync manager not for palm and activesync for pocketpc ?
activesync can be downloaded from ms
