I think it would help if you mentioned what language you are posting in, so we can select the correct translation in babelfish.
( probably chinese, given that you mention '1.52.chs', but I did not know
that you could write chines with latin letters )

or maybe you can even translate it to english yourself?

It's Vietnamese (or Cambodian?):

"die utilize give up 1 XDAII ???, version 1.52chs. After that, die ..."

I gave up parsing too much of the dictionary output (damn, Vietnamese is tough...), but lots of unhappy words about not working, death and disappointment, and then the bootloader being a medicine of sorts. It ends in a request, either for some other ROM than TMobile German or for that ROM, and something about solving his problem.

So we have Vietnamese/Cambodian in da house ? :)

translated to English from Vietnamese:

I use an Chinese XDAII version 1.52. I later upgraded to English but the upgrate failed and I have no bootloader. I tried T-Mobile to flash again but failed. Please advice for repair. Thank you very much.

Robernguyen,

You should try to flash using SD card following these steps:

1. Get a .nbf file from www.yorch.net
2. Down load XDATools. Information about XDATools is at http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?t=2189&highlight=xdatools
3. Buy an external USB SD reader/writer and a SD card and connect it to your PC.
4. Run XDATools on your PC and write the .nbf file to the SD card.
5. Insert the SD card to your XDA1 and do a soft reset while hold down the power button. Follow the intruction on screen

If you are living in Hanoi:

You can go to 53 Ly Quoc Su to meet Huy hoamo (free- repaired)
If you not in Hn

You can try the flashing ROM method -but I think that ROM .NBF from Yorch.net only for XDA I

The best you can try ROM 1.60.00( XDA II) unzip and use tool to get ROM.NBF
