Lost icons

Just got my XDA2 couple days ago. Not sure hoew it happened but my camera icon and file manager icon have disappeared from program files.
Also camera butttoon side did not work for a while(could not find link). The button is now working

Any comments, ideas--how to restore those icons to program files?

find the camera.exe file int he windows folder, click copy. Then go to windows /startmenu/program files and click create shortcut.
