The xda-developers.com main site has a new front page. It's still very much a work in progress, and it will change significantly still over the next few days and weeks.

But please have a look and say whether you like it.

The articles currently available through the front age will find their way into the forum over the next week as well, and they'll get their own small box on the front page.

If you can, please help turn the XDA-developer news service succeed. With so much going on, I feel it's important we have some kind of editorial summary in order not to drive people nuts.

everything is fine except........ wheres the links to the pages like connectors ect... :(

WOW new front page, looks good too!
But for some reason I'm unable to logon with Pocket IE.
FYI the below error is whats being reported:

Template->make_filename(): Error - file does not exit

No Pocket IE what am I going to now! :cry:

Ehm, whoops, I forgot to say currently it only works with the XDAdevelopers theme... Same goes for the encyclopedia. I'll fix that soon.

I can get to the forums but where did the rest of xdadevelopers go? The links to the tools, tutorials, pictures, etc... Seems I can't find the links to these areas off of the new home page...

Always get "Template->make_filename(): Error - file does not exist".

Did some testing, found out that it is related to being logged in.
If I log out, the site opens normal.
When I log in again on the site, I get this error again.

Tested with IE 6.0 and Mozilla 1.4.1

You had selected subSilver as your style, and as mentioned above, that wasn't done yet.

The ood news is that it now works for you. The bad news is that I deleted subSilver. See my other message... Sorry...

OK, but loved the sub-silver more then the yellow. Think it's to flashy.

Thank god it's just yellow and not orange :lol:
