Just looking for help trying to synch without cables.


Can I synch my the two devices if they both have wi-fi cards. Or do I need to buy and set up a wi-fi router as well?

You should be able to use 'Ad-Hoc mode', which is networking without base-stations. This may take more power though, because in ad-hoc mode all stations broadcast at full power. YMMV.
