XDA Manipulator imei feature

Is there any way to use xda manipulator imei feature with radio 4.21, failing that is there any way to downgrade radio to previous version and where would I get the previous stack for O2 uk.

Any early version of the O2 radio stack would be appreciated.

I found an earlier version but I never managed the downgrade, I hear people changing stacks from one provider to another and one person claiming to have downgraded O2 4.21 to O2 earlier stack but didnt get any details on how, I dont think it can be done.
