I can't start system after cold boot

I have XDA O2 PW10A1 with 256 MB memory card. I have flashed it with SD card and the operation seemed succesful but when I hard-reset my XDA the system fails to boot. Only thing I can see is empty screen. When I press upper button it runs bootloader and whole process begins from the beginning. I need information what to do to start the system. Which rom did you flash to it? Have you tried another rom, maybe your original rom is available for download if you didnt back it up, try writing to sd card again.By the way that link is very flaky, I waited 10 minutes and it still said "buffering", I right clicked, then "save target as", even then it stalled at 13% and at 93% but it eventually downloaded.

I agree with Cruisin-thru with one added suggestion use a a smaller SD card say like a 64MB SD card.

BTW I bit your 256MB card is a SanDisk, Right!
