Problem with RSU 4.21 from O2 installed to Qtek 1010

Hello friends,

I've installed Radio Stack Upgrade 4.21 from O2 to my Qtek 1010 and now have the following problems:
* I can make only one outgoing call after reset device.
* When I try to use GPRS connection it is not stable and after using GPRS device loses network.

My network in Russia is Beeline GSM working on GSM 900/1800.

The best way for me is to downgrad my RSU to 3.19 from Qtek vendor.

Can you help me to solve this problem?
