Connection problem

I dont want to use gprs on my device
some of the application want to connect to the internet and everytime i get a popup message saying cannot connect
how do i desable that

please help me it pops up every 30 SEC

If you dont want the GPRS to kick in, dot have it selected as a option.

Go to START > SETTINGS > CONNECTIONS > ADVANCED > SELECT NETWORKS

Hopefully you will have two options. Programs that automatically connect to the Internet and those which auto connect to private network. Make sure that both have GPRS not selected.
