Please help. :( This probably happened already to a couple of folks but I cant seem to find the right answer here.
I tried to upgrade my rom to WIN2003 throughthe USB cradle when out of a sudden the USB connection reported a problem. Now my AT&T SX56 is stuck in a white screen:
---------------------------------
Upgrading......
It will take about 5 minutes.
Warning: Do not remove the USB/Serial conn......and so on..
---------------------------------
The good news is that I mad a backup of my ROM with the XDAtools and I have a 128MB card.
However, when I copied the old "2002_rom.nb1" to the SD card and performed a reset I ended up with the same screen....
Now the questions:
1) Am I screwed
2) does the nb1 file on the SD card have to have a specific name/extension to be recognized?
2) or do I need to copy a bootloader onto the SD card, too?
Any help very much appreciated. I don't want to send it my phone to AT&T
