RS for 850 MHz at Cingular

I am looking for an 850 MHz Radio Stack so I can use my new O2 XDA II phone in th Southeastern States in the Cingular 850 MHz network. Any ideas or help? Does the AT&T RS work or T-Mobile?[/img]
