Best and fastest Back-up programme please

I have now so many patches and programmes on this machine, that I am getting a bit worried that if I run empty, I will loose everything. :cry:

So therefore I am looking for a simple fast back-up programme that I can run every night before I go home. :wink:

Any suggestions please?

Hi,

Maybe you can check Sprite Backup Premium (h++p://www.spritesoftware.com/products/sprite_backup.html).

I am using Sprite Backup and it works well, except for one thing. Although I have not yet verify those problems, there were reports that this software caused trouble to SMS after you restore your XDA using backup generated by Sprite. So, for SMS backup-restore, I am using SPStudio.
