Location of SMS Data for XDA2 (PPC 2003)

Is there someone here who knows the location and filename(s) of where exactly the SMS data is stored. All I want to do is copy those files off the XDA2 and then do a hard reset and then copy the files back onto it, everything else is fully backed up already.
