XDA I for sale (broken screen)

Hi guys,
I've got my XDA I for sale, the screen broke (bleeding ink). What would be a reasonable price for the device? It's been heavily used for about 1,5 years.
Of course simmlockfree, Win CE 2003 (thanks to this wonderful site)
I'm thinking to buy a Qtec 2020...
