If I replace my current extended rom (imate) with the O2 extended rom from reboot it will set itself up as and O2 phone?

Stupid question really it will boot up with all the O2 settings in place all exect the gsm web or gprs setting (for some reason when I set this up it stops the phone from working) which I guess I will be able to find on this website
