In the process of upgrading my i-mate (XDA II) the process stop and tell me to reset the device

I have done so but it hang showing in the screen

I am trying to use romupdate.exe as it was mentioned in this form

but my problem is I do not know how to convert NK.nbf to NK.nbo

can some one pleas help me

dont know that update program here most of us use xdatools
