guys been wondering if i can do something like a hard pause or pause for n secs so that i can setup a contact to lets say dial 1800 xxx xxxx pause1 sec and then dial 011 xx xxx xxxxxxxxxx

basically for internationall calling i use a 1800 # that then ties it to my home phone rates so is there a way?

sticking a comma ( , ) where you want the pause usually does the trick.

Entering the letter p puts a pause in. I have my voice mail set up to automatically enter my password in. All I did was add voice mail as one of my contacts, with my mobile number immediately followed with a p then my password, no spaces in between any of it. You could add, say, two p's in a row and see if that pauses it longer. I think it might.
I don't know if it's case sensitive, but I used lower case p. Anyway, it does work and is quite convenient.
