xda wont accept charge

My xda has stopped accepting a charge from all methods including usb cradle,car charger,ac dc charger.any ideas anyone.also does anyone know were to get service in united kingdom?????????? :(

mine did that once a softreset took care of that

heard about people who had to do a hardreset to solve it though

Ive tried a soft and hard reset but it didnt solve the problem i think it maybe on eof the pathways on the board that is burnt out so i need to find a service centre in the uk
