help!!!! my sx56 doesn't work

i did a stupid thing i flashed ROM twice and now all i have on the screen is "updating it will take about 5 minutes"
I don't know what to do should I send my pocket PC back to the manufacture? Or may be there is a way to fix it?
HELP NEEDED by the way i do have 256 sd card and rader/ writer

Use the SD card method. You can search this forum to find out how. Your machine is not likely to have been destroyed.
