Please help about Upgrade O2 XDA

dear all:
i want upgrade my xda to chinese ,
i have a chinese rom now but file type is "NB1"
use XDAtools-PROGRAMME A, it just accept NBF file type ,
how can I convert to NBF file type ( I havn't UNIX ),
anyone can tell me how should i do.
