Wonder if maybe someone here could help me. I was in the process of upgrading the device. The upgrade for the wireless capabilities went fine but just as it started to upgrade the operating system and apps, I got a USB device not recognized error message. Now nothing will work. T-Mobile is sending me a replacement but I'd like to know what happened and if it's possible to fix. Would appreciate it if anyone here would know what i could do. Right now, every time I install it in the cradle I get the USB device not recognized message and the screen on the pocket pc is stuck and says "upgrading operating system and apps"...Thanks in advance.
