Radio V. 6.18.00

Please note that I am using that Device in UAE ( Dubai ) with UAE
communication service and I am not
enjoying with T Mobil service
Your support is highly appreciated to enable me to upgrade and download
Windows 2003 enjoy and benefit from W/2003 facilities

and please advice me for the suitable camera for that device
