HELP!!!! PLEASE

I have restored my rom from the back up and restore feature, now when I reset the phone I get an "Error locating the shortcut or locating the file name" message..... I can't do anything with it, does anyone know what to do??

i figured it out......thanks anyway, i was in a panic for about 5 minutes or so.
