align screen

good morning all. just this morning I opened my pocket pc as usual and found myself with the screen to be aligned. I followed instructions for dozens of time, and it continues to ask for alignment. It seems to be frozen at this stage. I charged the battery, changed for another battery etc start soft boot, still frozen on the align screen.
Anybody a better idea to solve this problem rather to throw away this equipment. :cry:
I have a second question: anybody has encontered serious problems in keeping the equipment firm in the palm of the hand. Both sides are very slipery. Any solution to improve this? :idea:
I was thinking to stick the rubber cover of some double razors(not mentioning the brand here but they are blue or green) :wink:

I found it by chance! I positioned the stylus on each cross and it opened. I can not recall how I did the first time I started. The stylus does not indicates where the cross must move on the screen, but it is rather, the cross which indicates where to press the screen! :D

you can find an application to align the screen: you will able to use the programme that you can see when you switch on the device for the first time, but without perform an hard reset !!! :lol:
