autopickup after 1,2,3 rings e.t.c

Hi
my i-mate does not autopick up even after I have made the settings in PHONE-TOOLS-OPTIONS-MORE e.t.c. Does anyone know the solution to this prob.?

Have you got the headset plugged in?

I have just tried it with the provided headset and it works fine..Thank you!But I actually never use the provided headset opting for the jabra BT250 and this does not work on autopickup...Does anyone know a way round this one?
