repeating upgrade process!

i installed the rom from my sd card, but after finishing and when i've done the soft reset it loaded but it kept displaying a message that it is upgrading t-mobile and after a while it says is not able to upgrade please reset your software and kept repeating this process infinitly
so how to solve it?
(ps:now i'm using again 4.00.21 ENG)

try to access your xda either by ActiveSync or the file explorer and locate the \windows\startup directory and remove the upgrade batch file or .lnk
