spurious files taking up space?

I have about 10 files in the Windows subdirectory which all start msgqueue...... and they all seem to contain SMS somewhere in the filename. Many of these are 2.7mb in size. I have tried renaming them and I don't thinkit's caused any problems - can I delete them as it would free up about 25mb

don't mess up with those files ... they are system files for queuing ... and don't worry about the space as they don't take any ... these sizes are fake :)
