GPRS Password

Hi,
I have an XDA II with a GPRS enabled SIM card which works a treat. I have recently bought a GPRS modem (AudiVox Compact Flash) for my Laptop and need my GPRS password (the one encrypted on the XDA under :- "Start - Settings - Connections - Manage Existing cnxs - Edit MOBILE WEB GPRS - next - next - PASSWORD ENCRPYTED"). Does anyone know the correct phone number that I can call to get this! Calling O2 can be trying at times ... please hold the line ..... please dial this number ..... please hold the line .... please dial this number!!!!

ANY help would be most appreciated.

So far as I know the password is password

Thanks Dave,

I have got a little further :-).

I am now getting the following error message:

Error 777: The connection attempt failed because the modem (or other connecting device) on the remote computer is out of order.

This is dubious as I can use GPRS on my XDA. Any one help here??
