Help Me Please!

I have ordered the Pic&Ring software for my Pocket PC, it has been 2 weeks since the date that i order, and I still have not recieved the register code yet, I have email the company twice and call them. But I have not recieved it yet. And they've already charge my Card for 10.80 dollards for that software. Anyone can help me with this please? will they not give me the register? What can I do??? Please help me as soon as possible.

Tell your card company you didn't receive the product and they should take the money back for you.
