Cash Organizer (for your daily expenses,, its the best)
Pocket Informant (this is a must have replacement for the default built-in contacts/calendar/tasks with many cool features)
PocketDivX (for playing your MPEG & DivX movies,, its free)
RealOne Player (free)
PocketPlus (offers a great improvement for reminders & alarms + more)
PHM PPC Plus & PHM PPC PowerToys (free tools for tweaking your pocket pc)


for games:
FirePower (very nice graphics + impressive game play)
WarFare Incorporated (very nice game, same as Command & Conquer Red Alert)
Worms World Party (nice game)
Lemonade Tycoon (nice game, free)
