How to disable PocketNav in v1.2?

I have v1.2 and would like to permanently delete PocketNav loading at startup. How could I do this?

I use that silly 'Get Mail' program from Roger's AT&T in Canada and it sometimes won't run at the scheduled time if something elese is loaded.

dont know about that program but if it dont have a shortcut in
windows\startup then you may want to use today under items and turn it off there

If you go into activ sync on the pc and go under tools, add/remove programms, you can delete it from there, I did so too
