I have a Qtek 2020 unlocked bought in Belgium.
Current ROM is 1.58.00FRA.

I called Dangaard, the one behind the resellers in Belgium, saying me they cannot distribute ROM directly to end-users but we have to ask our resellers to connect to Dangaard's FTP site. The resellers should then give us the updates :evil: .

Apparently, they should be a new ROM this week on their FTP site.
Once I get the news, I'll update this post.

The last french ROM version on dangaard web site (Belgium) is: ROM version: 1.58.01fra
I hope WM2003 SE will be avalable in french.

Do I need to return my device???
Is it possible to install it from my computer ???
Wat does bring more regarding the ROM 1.58.00???

There is currently no update as far as I know for the French ROM.
However, an update should come very soon, was already promised last week.

To update, officially you have to go back to the shop where you bought your Qtek in order not to loose your guarantee. It has the password to log on Dangaard's ftp site and download the last ROM. Idem if you lost the current one.

Mine is 1.58.00FRA and is said to be the last one. Then you should ask a fix tool for the mms program that allows you to update it to 1.06.

When news arrive, I'll post it.

I've a qtek 2020 with this ROM version:
- ROM : 1.66.02 FRA
- ROM Date : 23/02/2004
- Radio ROM : 1.10.00
- Extended ROM : 1.66.142

If someone explane me how to backup the rom, the extended rom, and the radio rom, i'll put them on the net!
