PANIC! XDA2 stopped upgrading half way! plzz help me fix it!

I tried to upgrade from Xda_II_Upgrade_v16050 to Xda_II_LaunchROM_v10311 but it has gone terrible wrong.

There is only a black text sain USB at the top of the screen and another at the bottom of the screen sain v1. 03 I hav tried soft and hard reset but it will not change anything i tried to restart the upgrade on the pc but it wont do it!

Please people help me fix it!!!!!!!!!!
Am really panicing!

i had a similar problem. during the upgrade the firmware was removed from the device and Wind0ze didn't recognise it anymore. i went into the device manager and installed the drivers required for the unrecognised device and started the upgrade again.

this fixed the problem. :D

Yea sumhow a did that then, first i thought it wont make difference startin it agen but it did and now im ok.
