Problem with Jabra FreeSpeak 250

I bought a XDA2 and a Jabra freespeak 250 bluetooth a few ago. I managed to "bond" the 2 without problems but I cannot receive or make any calls with the Jabra headset! My friend has another XDA2 and hers works with my Jabra headset! What's wrong with mine?

My Jabra has a 12C marking.

I have a colleque who had the same problem, Installing of the Bluetooth patch solved the problem nicely

i don't have this problem with the 10C
the only thing that mines not doing is being able to pick up a call if the bluetooth is off on my XDAII and jabra then turning both on during a call. the jabra doesn't pick up the call.
any one know what to do to transfer the call to the jabra?

How to do this?

Go to start>settings>today>items then check headset profile. Then when you're on the today screen click it on when you've turned on your phone's BT modem
