Bluetooth light always on

I have a problem with bluetooth the light is always stay blue not flashing and it say when i try to activate bluetooth (There is no bluetooth hardware installed on this device.)

All the rest is okay.

I don't understand what is wrong. I do a hard reset, soft reset , reinstall rom no result.

Anyone have this problem, idea....

sounds faulty to me ... the blue lite should be flashing when on. so you're trying to say that when u on the bluetooth; 'on' or 'discoverable', the lite just stayed on and not flashing?

send it to the 'check-up' center ... hope its on warranty ...
