xda2 connectors

Hi to all,
i just modified my tomtom holder for Xda2, connect pin for microphone audio left and right and car on swith.
anyone knows where is the digital audio ground for audio out pins? using connectors page on this site i found only the positive audio out, the same problem for microphone in.
Another question: does the car_on switch works? what's happen to that pin when i make or receive a call? does it switch to ground? or to +5v?

maybe i'm stupid but as I said i used that page building my new connector, but that page doesnt speak about audio ground.
nomoretheless i cannot understand in which way the car_on is interpreted.. does it go to ground when in use or does it needs ground to be used? sorry for my bad english.
