I purchased a Sandisk SD card and my connection with my network was ON/OFF ( mostly off!!) I got fed up and returned it to Expansys.
I noticed last week they offered an alternative from Socket - This worked immediately with no problems.
I have since read that that the problem with the Sandisk card is if you have a wireless network that runs faster 11mbs (and mine was 54mbs) you should turn down its speed to 11mbs and this seems to resolve the problems. This titbit is unconfirmed by me but passed on as it may help someone out there
