Greetings,

I've been an O2 customer since about 1998. I've always thought they were a good operator, until two months ago. I was always had my cmopany paying my phone bills, so I never had to deal with O2 "Support". But in the past 2 months, I've had to switch over to a personal prepaid account. I'm not going to go into detail about it but needless to say, they still haven't set me up fully.

Anyway, I'm sick of dealing ith their support people as most of them know nothing, in my experience.

I have a problem. I was trying to sort out my GPRS on my XDA 2 as I was having no fun with Customer Care. In the end [today], it turned out that they only half set me up for GPRS . GPRS now works. Anywho, I used to be able to access the internet via the cradle. Today I can't. I DID make some changes to my connections setup but don't know what to do to correct the issue.

If anyone could briefly outline what I need to check or change, I'd be grateful.

I think there's an option in ActiveSyncs "Connection Settings" right at the bottom.. a tick box.

Have a look. I would but I'm at work :)

requiem,

Sweet, cheers for that. It's amazing how much you forget in a blind rage.

Anyway, in ActiveSync -> Options -> Rules, I changed PASS THROUGH from "The Internet" to "Work"

Funnily enough, I did that once for my XDA I a couple of years ago. Should have remembered.

Cheers again.
