I have an xda2 which was working perfectly. I hadnt used it for a while so the battery went flat so I put it on charge. I noticed that it was hanging at the O2 splash screen (bluetooth light flashing) so did a soft reset and got this.

Is this a hardware problem? How can it lose its radio capability just by discharging the phone battery?
Does anybody know who I contact for warranty repair, I live in Gloucestershire England.? Thanks
