New Qtek 2020

Hallo,

I have ordered a newQtek 2020 and next wednesday it wil arrive in the shop.

Can I immediately check if the gsm functin works ?

My previous gsm is a Motorola Timeport and it works with prepaid cards.

Is it possible to take the simcard from the Motorola and plg it into the Qtek ?

Will it work ? Or is a simcard always dedicated to just 1 gsm?

Sorry for this weird and maybe stupid question, but I really do not know...

The i-Mate usually come Simfree, which means you can plug any SIM card in and use it at once.

When you got to the store to pick it up, immediately, plug your sim in, and activate the device, you shoukd register your carrier at once.

try to make a phone call to check.

Just put your previous SIM card into the Qtek, no other card needed.

But there is a "new" SIM card with more memory and wich is quicker for GPRS connextion. Asks your GSM provider it's free ans they will download your registred contact phone nmbr from your SIM to the new one.
