What is the difference between the XDA II and the i-mate ?

I have an XDA and was looking at purchasing the new model XDA II or i-mate.
Does anybody know if there is any difference between the two ?

yeah xda2 is the name of the Himalaya device sold by the phonecompany o2 so the rom include special o2 software and preset o2 settings most likely
