For the last few days I have had a timeout when trying to connect to all of the servers which I administer using my XDA. I can connect through my other ISPs. I rang O2 to ask them if they are blocking the RDP port and got passed from customer services to network support and then to data support... no one understood what I was talking about. They said that so long as you can connect by GPRS then that's where their obligation ends they don't support any particular protocol. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?
